This policy explains how Calculator for Rucoy version 1.0.2 (the “App”) handles personal data. Later versions may have different documents.
1. The App and its controller
Calculator for Rucoy is an independent, unofficial calculator and reference app for Rucoy Online. It is developed by Apollo Daniel and is not operated, sponsored, endorsed, or approved by Rucoy Online or its rights holders.
Apollo Daniel is the controller for processing that he determines, such as responding to a support message you send. The privacy contact is listed in section 7.
2. Data used by the App
The App does not require an account and has no developer-operated backend or cloud synchronization.
The following data may be stored only on your device:
- calculator inputs, results, history, predefinitions, drafts, and recently used calculators;
- language, theme, setup, and warning preferences;
- your selected age range, legal-document acknowledgement, and guardian confirmation when applicable; and
- temporary floating-calculator and ad-free access earned through rewarded ads.
This data is used to provide the App’s features, restore your work and preferences, apply age safeguards, and remember whether the current legal documents were acknowledged. Where applicable, processing is based on providing functionality or support you request, compliance with legal obligations, legitimate interests in secure and reliable operation, or consent for personalized advertising when required.
The optional floating calculator uses Android’s permission to display over other apps. It does not read content from those apps.
3. Age and advertising
Before using the App, you must select under 13, 13–17, or 18 or older. The App does not request your exact birth date. A parent or legal guardian must review and accept the Terms for a user under 18. The App stores a local confirmation but does not request or verify the guardian’s identity.
On supported Google Play installations, the App requests a Play Age Signal at startup to apply an age-appropriate entry restriction. The raw response remains in memory and is not stored. Any derived restriction lasts only for the current session and is not used or shared for advertising, marketing, profiling, or analytics. If Google Play requires age verification, the App directs you to Google Play before allowing access.
The App uses Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) and the User Messaging Platform (UMP). The App configures advertising safeguards from the age range selected on the device, and users under 18 receive non-personalized ads. AdMob and UMP may receive an IP address, device or advertising identifiers, app and ad interactions, diagnostics, and privacy choices needed to deliver and measure ads and protect the service. Where required, UMP asks for consent and provides privacy controls in the App. The raw Play Age Signal and the derived session restriction are not sent to AdMob or UMP. 4. Google Play, external services, and support
The App contacts Google Play to obtain the age signal described above and to check whether an update is available. It does not use a developer-operated server for these requests.
The App opens Google Play, Discord, WhatsApp, donation services, websites, and other external destinations only when you choose a related action. Once opened, the destination handles the interaction under its own terms and privacy notice.
The contact screen keeps your draft in the App while you type. When you choose Open WhatsApp, WhatsApp receives the prepared text for your review. Apollo Daniel receives it only if you send the message. The App does not persist the draft or conversation, but a sent message may remain in Apollo Daniel’s personal WhatsApp support history. You choose what to include and should avoid unnecessary sensitive information. You may ask for access, correction, or deletion by using the privacy contact below, subject to applicable law.
5. Storage and security
Local data remains on your device until you delete it in the App where that option is available, clear Android app storage, uninstall the App, or the operating system removes it. Apollo Daniel does not receive local calculator data and does not sell it.
The App uses reasonable safeguards for a local utility, but no device, network, SDK, or storage method is completely secure. App storage is not a secure vault, so keep sensitive information out of the App.
6. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to confirm processing; access, correct, delete, anonymize, block, or obtain a portable copy of personal data; learn with whom it is shared; object to or restrict processing; withdraw consent; and request review of certain automated decisions. You may also complain to the Brazilian National Data Protection Authority (ANPD) or another competent authority.
Most App data is stored only on your device and cannot be accessed by Apollo Daniel. You can manage it by using the App’s deletion options, clearing Android app storage, or uninstalling the App. You can change the local age range within any active Google Play restriction and use UMP’s privacy controls when available.

7. Changes and contact
If a later release materially changes how data is handled, it may provide updated version-specific documents and request a new acknowledgement before continued use.
