These Terms apply to Calculator for Rucoy version 1.0.2 (the “App”). Later versions may have different terms.
1. Acceptance and guardian responsibility
The App is developed by Apollo Daniel. By using it, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
For a user under 18, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept these Terms on the child’s behalf. The App records a local confirmation but does not verify the guardian’s identity.
The Privacy Policy explains how personal data is handled. Reading it acknowledges that you received the notice; it is not a contract or blanket consent. When consent is required for a specific activity, the App or relevant service asks for it separately.
2. Unofficial app, estimates, and local storage
Calculator for Rucoy is an independent, unofficial calculator and reference app for Rucoy Online. It is not operated, sponsored, endorsed, or approved by Rucoy Online or its rights holders.
Calculations and reference information are estimates based on the App’s implemented rules and available game information. They may contain errors or become outdated when the game changes. Check important in-game decisions yourself.
The App has no developer-operated account or cloud synchronization. Preferences, predefinitions, history, drafts, and temporary floating-calculator and ad-free access are stored on the device and may be lost if you clear app storage, uninstall the App, change devices, or the operating system removes them.
3. Permitted use, advertising, donations, and external services
You may use the App for lawful personal purposes. You must not interfere with the App or related services, use it unlawfully, impersonate the developer, distribute a maliciously modified build as official, or misuse a service opened by the App.
The App may display ads and offer an optional rewarded ad; each completed reward adds two hours of floating-calculator and ad-free access, accumulated up to twelve hours on that device. This benefit is not a purchase, account entitlement, or cloud service.
Donations are voluntary. They do not purchase ownership, guaranteed development work, preferential support, or a right to future features. Check the recipient and payment details before confirming a transaction.
The App may open services such as Google Play, Discord, WhatsApp, donation providers, and websites when you choose. Those services have their own rules.
4. Intellectual property
The App includes licensed artwork from the Oryx Design Lab 16-bit Fantasy Sprite Set 1.1. Oryx Design Lab retains ownership of that artwork. Credit: www.oryxdesignlab.com.
The App’s original code, design, and materials are subject to their applicable licenses and rights. Rucoy Online names, game assets, trademarks, and other third-party materials belong to their respective owners. Their inclusion for reference does not imply endorsement. These Terms do not grant a separate right to extract, redistribute, sublicense, or reuse protected material outside normal use of the App, except where mandatory law permits it.
5. Warranties, mandatory rights, changes, and contact
To the extent permitted by law, the App is provided as available, without a guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, compatible with every device, or current after changes to Rucoy Online. Apollo Daniel is not responsible for losses caused solely by reliance on estimates, loss of local data, or an external service, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits consumer, privacy, compensation, or other rights and liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Later versions may include updated terms and may request a new acknowledgement before continued use.
